The Texas Administrative Code Chapter references for the HHS System have recently been updated. This means there are some important changes that you need to know about.
Effective Sept. 15, 2023, rules in:
40 TAC Social Services and Assistance, Part 1, Department of Aging and Disability Services,
Chapter 48, Community Care for Aged and Disabled,
Will be transferred to:
26 TAC Health and Human Services, Part 1, Texas Health and Human Services Commission,
Chapter 271, Community Care for Aged and Disabled.
